Chai Tea Popsicle

  • Steep a chai tea bag in 1/4 of boiling water for 5 minutes
  • Wait until tea cools
  • Add cooled tea, 1/4 cup of Almond Milk, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of cardamom and 4 drops of Monk Fruit Sweetener to a Popsicle holder
  • Freeze & Enjoy!

Good Earth Sweet + Spicy Tea Popsicle

  • Steep a sweet + spicy tea bag in 1/4 of boiling water for 5 minutes

Apple Cinnamon Popsicle

  • Add 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce + 1/8 tsp of cinnamon to a popsicle maker

Mexican Watermelon Chilli Lime Tajin Popsicle

  • Cut a hand-size slice of seedless watermelon & remove rim
  • Blend the slice of watermelon in a blender or food processor
  • Add blended watermelon + 1/8 tsp of Tajin to a popsicle maker
  • Freeze + Enjoy!

Arroz Con Leche Popsicle

  • Cook 1/4 of a cup of rice
  • Wait until cooked rice is cool
  • Add 1/4 cup of cooked rice, 1/2 cup of milk of choice, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 4 drops of monk fruit sweetener, and 2 drops of Vanilla Extract to a popsicle holder
  • Blend well with a spoon
  • Freeze + Enjoy!
